Before we get to the group BRUTHA let’s meet the BROTHERS:
The five brothers in the band are Grady Harrell III, Cheyenne Harrell (Papa), Jacob Harrell (Jake), Jared Overton (J.R), and Anthony Harrell(Ant).

The Harrell brothers came to the entertainment world at a young age out of a four-generations musical family. At 5 and 6 years old, Anthony Harrell and Grady Harrell III hooked up with their first cousin Canela Cox and formed the group Papa’s Results, being trained and taught by Grady Harrell II, who was then signed to MCA Records prior to a prison term. The children appeared in his R&B hit single “Sticks and Stone” and did many local shows throughout California. The group lasted until Canela moved to Holland to follow her mother's musical career. They filled her spot with family friend Jeff Lee and changed their name to Serenade. The trio quickly gained notice. They appeared on episodes from Saved by the Bell: The New Class.

As a duet comprising the 2 Harrell brothers Grady and Anthony, they put down 2 independent albums, in 1999 and 2001. In 2002 they were joined by their brothers JR, Jake, and Papa and formed Brutha

Brutha is a quintet of brothers who came together to form a R&B group showcasing song remakes. The group formed in 2002 and was discovered by Brian Mcknight, who introduced them on the 2003 Soul Train Holiday Special.
In 2007, their uncle Donny "Drano" Harrell, CEO of Goodfellas Entertainment, and Shakir Stewart, senior vice president of A&R at Island Def Jam, invited the group to Atlanta to do a filmed audition in front of a range of producers. It resulted in a one-hour original special TV show called "Jermaine Dupri presents: Brutha", broadcast March 24 on Peachtree TV. Since Then, their show, Brothers to Brutha, shows their transformation during and after they reached semi-fame. Their self-titled debut album "Brutha" was released in December 2008.

Twitter has gone crazy for one guy-Qwanell Mosley! Since being release from Day26 Mosley has gone back to what he knows best... Showing love to the fans. Mosely Has been continuously creating twitter postings as well as youtube videos, with the help of Soul World Entertainment. He has been on a personal crusade to promote positivity going into the new year and with his new charge has encouraged his fans to keep pushing for a better tomorrow. I personally follow Mosley and think that what he is doing is something that all artists need to do: take time out of their busy schedule to encourage their fans to be better today than they were yesterday. Brittany Murphy Dies at 32

At 10:04 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, hospital Brittany Murphy, actress, was pronounced dead; she was only 32 years old. Murphy will always be remembered for her role in the timeless film "Clueless" as well as roles in films such as "Happy Feet" and playing the voice of Lou Ann in the Hit Animated series "King of the Hill".

Murphy was transported to the hospital after the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call at 8 a.m., at the home she shared with her husband, after Murphy reportedly collapsed on the bathroom floor where she was discovered by her mother.

Although authorities are saying the cause of death was natural, the coroner’s office will be performing toxicology panels and performing an autopsy at an unscheduled time to determine the official cause of death. Authorities will not have the results of the tests for 6-8 weeks.

This Friday we bring you "Invented Sex" (Times 1000) Trey Songz has done it again with this sultry remix to the already too hot for TV “Invented Sex” He enlisted Keri Hilson and Usher to help him take the song to heights that have not been reached by many artists this year. I had never heard the entire song before today, and I must say…. WOW!!! That song is not for children under the age of 18. Usher came into the song talking very provocative about relations between and man and woman. Is there a Day 26 without Que?-"I am not Aubrey! I'm not the devil"

Those are some of the most famous lines from the hit MTV reality show Making The Band, but we are not here to talk about the past times when Qwanell Mosley, better known as Que, has been accused of doing something to jeopardize the band. We are talking about the very real situation that has just come to the attention of the Music Hype staff. Mosley posted a twitter saying,

"Wow I'm so hurt (right) now I just received a letter from Day26 saying they (are) moving forward without me...I am so confused.. What did I do?"

This came after Mosley openly expressed to fans his distrust for management once saying: [Men lie Women lie numbers don't]. There have also been reports that management has been giving Mosley the information for upcoming shows and appearances too late for him to attend, but this is just speculation at this point the Music Hype staff have yet to confirm. This coupled with the reports that management have been mis-managing funds of the group members and fans leads Music Hype to believe that the distruction of Day26 has come from trusting management that needed to be dismissed a long time ago. Mosley is obviously hurt by this news and has asked his fans to pray for him. Mosley has not put out any other statements at this time, but Willie Taylor posted a tweet saying [Day26 is not breaking up new album 2010]. This coupled with the recent news Mosley has shared, and the information Music Hype received from a very close associate of Mosley leads us to believe that the Day26 "brotherhood" that everyone was believing and trusting would prevail in this situation is no more. In 2000 he decided to seriously persue his rap career and became Steve "Da M.L.B" which stands for Major League Boss; since "becoming" Steve Da M.L.B. he has performed at several talent shows, completed countless mixtapes, and had guest spots on several local projects. Steve is currently working on his 1st solo project while shopping for a deal with a major record label, and also building his rap empire with an independent underground record label "M.L.B Records". With his swag, energy, talent, drive, attitude, and artistic views Steve Da M.L.B is sure to leave a lasting impression on the music industry.
